The Cost Of Conflict
Oil on board
30 x 30 cm
This painting reflects the growing tension surrounding oil and fuel during times of war.
What was once an ordinary stop at the gas pump now carries the weight of global conflict, rising costs, and uncertainty.
The bold reds of the fuel pumps dominate the composition, giving a strong sense of warning, while the dark, almost shadowed surroundings suggest uncertainty and instability.
